In Rome, we will visit the Famous Sistine Chapel, the most famous masterpiece of Michelangelo and the official residence of the Pope in the Vatican City and of course St. Peter’s Basilica, which is the Pope’s principal church.  We will also visit The Colosseum, a monumental structure, which is probably the most impressive building of the Roman Empire that has fallen to ruins, but even today it is an imposing and beautiful sight.  You cannot come to Italy without visiting the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the ever-famous picture of you trying to hold the tower up.  In Venice, we will enjoy the famous sites:  St. Mark’s Basilica, Doge’s Palace & the Grand Canal.  We will enjoy a beautiful scenic drive thru the Tuscany region.  This is truly going to be a trip you will never forget as we will enjoy all of Italy’s amazing culture, food, architecture, and so much more.

We will enjoy ALL that Mystic and Coastal, CT has to offer…many shops and restaurants, historic ships, Olde Mistick Village, and so much more all in this re-created 19th century village.  The Mystic Seaport Museum is renowned as the United States’ largest maritime museum.  Climbing aboard the Charles W. Morgan, the world’s last surviving wooden whaleship, is a quintessential Mystic Seaport experience.  Not only can you stand on deck, but you can go below and see the crew’s quarters and the blubber room.  We will walk over the Bascule Bridge and hopefully get a chance to see it raise to let taller boats through….it is quite a sight!  Take a step back in time & experience “A Touch of Yesteryear” when we visit Franklin’s General Store.  At Mystic Aquarium, we will journey into the aquatic world where every underwater creature is more amazing than the last.  Exhibits put you in close proximity to Beluga whales, Penguins, Sea Lions, Sting Rays, Exotic Fish from Around the World and so much more.  We are off to climb aboard the Essex Steam Train to enjoy the nostalgic clickety-clack across the tracks as you enjoy the beautiful Connecticut River Valley through vistas and small towns.  Then we board the delightful riverboat cruise across the beautiful Connecticut River Valley.  This is a trip you won’t want to miss!

We are off to the WEST for an incredible journey through Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, and South Dakota. Our country’s first national park, Yellowstone is home to a mix of wildlife, mountains, geysers, and water showcases.  Preserved within Yellowstone National Park are Old Faithful, a collection of the world’s most extraordinary geysers and Mammoth Hot Springs, and the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone. Grand Tetons National Park located in northwestern Wyoming with a spectacular landscape rich with majestic mountains, pristine lakes and extraordinary wildlife.  Driving east to Cody, we will enjoy home to the Buffalo Bill Historical Center and a visit to Little Bighorn Battlefield, site of “Custer’s Last Stand.”  Of course, we will check out Sheridan’s Western style shops, taverns, and restaurants on our way to the Black Hills in South Dakota and a stop in the historic Wild West town of Deadwood.  Continuing south to Mount Rushmore for one of the most amazing sights of your life, then to the nearby Crazy Horse Memorial where an entire mountain is still being carved to resemble Chief Crazy Horse, carving began in 1948 and still continues today.

Join us this Fall for a wonderful week in Bean Town!  You can’t visit Boston without taking a Duck Tour where we’ll cruise by the Golden-domed State House, Boston Common, Cheers Bar and the Famous Newbury Street all before we splash into the Charles River taking in the breathtaking view of the Boston and Cambridge skylines.  Our “ConDUCKtor” will be providing us with lots of little-known facts and interesting insights about this unique and wonderful city.  Franklin Park Zoo is home to incredible animals from around the globe.  We will enjoy a tour of Fenway Park, shop at Faneuil Hall, and of course enjoy a Cannoli from the World-Famous Modern Pastry in the North End.  A stop for pizza from the famous Regina Pizzeria is a MUST.  We will visit one of Boston’s most treasured landmarks, the USS Constitution and Charlestown Naval Museum.  This is a trip you just won’t get anywhere else.  We will be staying outside of the city.

Bush Presidential Library & Museum; it features a 22-foot piece of steel from the World Trade Center and in the Decision Points Theater; you can take on the role of the president to consider various options to the issues that President George W. Bush faced during his Administration.  We will also enjoy Southfork Ranch, known worldwide as America’s most famous ranch for the filming location for the “Dallas” television series. You can’t come to Texas without enjoying a tour of AT & T Stadium, home to the Dallas Cowboys.  We will enjoy all the great attractions of Austin known as the Live Music Capital of the World.  In San Antonio we will see for ourselves why the River Walk is the #1 entertainment destination in Texas & enjoy a San Antonio Cruise. Of course, we will enjoy exploring “The Alamo” where Davy Crockett battled.

We will visit Graceland; home of the KING.  On our walking tour of the “The King’s” Mansion, we will also tour the Elvis Presley’s Memphis, a $45 million, state-of-the-art entertainment & exhibit complex.  Here we will follow the life path that Elvis took, surrounded by things he loved, exploring the beginning of the incredible music and pop culture explosion that all started here in Memphis, with the greatest entertainer of all time…experience Elvis’ life & career like never before!  We will board his plane the Lisa Marie, see his famous Pink Cadillac, and visit Elvis’ Grave; to pay our respects.  Then we are off to Nashville to visit the Grand Ole Opry and enjoy an Amazing Live Show with some of Country music’s biggest stars.  On our backstage tour, you will get the chance to walk in the footsteps of some of country music’s superstars, see the famed wooden circle, 18 uniquely themed dressing rooms, and so much more!  Then a visit to the Country Music Hall of Fame, a tribute to country-music’s finest…among them Hank Williams, Loretta Lynn, Patsy Cline, and Johnny Cash.  We will also visit Sun Studio, the Birthplace of Rock & Roll and where Elvis, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Johnny Cash began and earned their claim to fame!   We will visit Cooter’s Place and enjoy the Dukes of Hazzard Museum, shop and take pictures with The General Lee.  You cannot come to Nashville without a visit to the Johnny Cash Museum.  Join us for the very best of Nashville and Memphis…2 great music cities.
