At the Mystic Aquarium, we will see Baby Beluga Whales, Frogs, Penguins, Sharks, a Sea Lions Show and a whole lot more! We could not visit this seaport without having lunch at the famous Mystic Diner and Restaurant; it is one of the areas hottest tourists stops serving a great variety of food including breakfast all day. During our week in Maine, we will enjoy great shopping in picturesque Perkins Cove followed by a Lobster Boat, where we will see traps being hauled and lobsters caught first hand. In Freeport, we will visit the famous LL Bean flagship store and other great local souvenir shops. We will take a ride on a vintage trolley from the early 1900s and explore exhibits at the Seashore Trolley Museum in Kennebunkport, which is known as the world’s First & Largest Electric Railway Museum in the world. York’s Wild Kingdom offers the opportunity to see many exotic animals in natural habitats, hand-feeding ducks, goats, and deer, and more.
